Focused Olympic Lifting programming occurs during Open Gym time slots and we have "Platform" time slots for our more self directed lifters to schedule lifting time in a separate platform area.
(Olympic Lifting can be included in the regular class programming and proper form is covered by the Coach during the tech portion of the class)
