Work as team to accomplish the objective! Usually in teams or 3-4, every Saturday morning your put through a course of activities designed to challenge you mentally and physically. Designed to be much like training in a fire academy, participants are put through similar regimens using the tools of the trade!
You finish with a tremendous feeling of accomplishment and camaraderie and not even realize that you just got a phenomenal workout doing stuff that you'd never though you'd do!
