Warm Up

“Roxanne” Burpees

Listen to Roxanne by The Police, every time they say “Roxanne” do 1 Burpee (dance between Burpees)

Then:
3 Rounds
1 Inch Worm
5 Push Ups
5 Jumping Squats (pop those hips open)

3 min self stretching, stretch anything that’s sore or tight.

CORE

AMRAP 8 min

20 sit ups
20 Table Tops
20  sec Hollow Hold
20 Superman Pulses

WOD

3 Rounds  (8 min / round, 24 min total)

AMRAP 3 min

2 Burpee
4 Dips
6 Mountain climbers

-1 min rest-

AMRAP 3 min

2 Lunges
4 Push ups
6 Mountain Climbers

-1 min rest-
