Warm Up

EMOM 5 min

5 Burpees
Inch worms until next minute
(Start each minute with 5 Burpees  then do Inch Worms until the next minute)

Then
10 Scorpions
20 Zombie kicks
10 Storks

Would you rather have super-sensitive taste buds or super-sensitive hearing?

Assessment

Max Wall Sit

Hips and knees must be at 90 degrees, you can’t push on your knees with arms. Time must be by stopwatch, phone etc, don’t count in your head and guess.

WOD

3 Rounds

AMRAP 3 min

25′ Lunge (can be weighted, or 10 stationary Lunges if you have limited space)
10 Thrusters (5 each side if using one weight object)
25′ Bear Crawl
10 Plank up and downs

-2 min rest-
