AMRAP – 3 Person Teams
Station #1 – LDH drag and flake with a Mace Bell twist – 6 Min
- One teammate drag and flakes 100′ LDH
- Other two run alongside with Mace Bell
- keep rotating through for 6 min
– 1 Minute Rest and Transition –
Station #2 – Soft Stone Shuffle – 6 Min
- One teammate lifts Soft Stone onto dock, rolls across and sets down on other side
- Next teammate lifts, rolls back and sets down on other side, etc.
- Rotate through for 6 min
– 1 Min Rest and Transition –
Station #3 – Sandbag Clusters – 6 min
- Each teammate performs one sandbag Cluster at a time
- Rotate through for 6 min
– 1 Min Rest and Transition –
Station #4 – Drunken Yoke Carry 70′ – 6 min
- Each teammate carries a barbell in back rack with KB hanging on ends from bands 35′ and back
- Other teammates must work as a team to assist with loading and de-loading
- Rotate through for 6 min
