Milo’s functional fitness program is a training regimen based on constantly changing  functional movements, performed at  high intensity across varying time parameters. FOUNDATION CLASSES

The 3 foundation classes are designed to give anyone new to our training an overall introduction to Milo and what our programming is all about. We will cover everything from how to log in for a class to how to do a Squat Snatch. At the end of the 3 classes, you will have an understanding and comfort level to propel you into group classes with the rest of the Milo community. This class time will allow you to work on individual goals. You can participate in the OLY lifting program. You can do one of the Endurance workouts.
